Dankwa

Dankwa, also known as donkwa or adakwa, is a West African snack made from ground cornmeal and groundnuts (peanuts). Originating from Nigeria and Ghana, it is known for its slightly sweet and nutty taste. The mixture of roasted groundnuts, cornmeal, sugar, and sometimes spices like ginger is combined with a bit of water and shaped into small balls. Dankwa is often enjoyed as a light snack and is popular in traditional gatherings or as street food.
